Returns & Refunds Policy
At 4am wear, we want you to feel confident and happy with every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided your item meets the return conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Be free from perfume, deodorant, body odour, make-up, tan marks, glitter, pet hair, or any other signs of wear
- Not be marked as final sale
- Not be underwear, socks, accessories, or yoga mats
- For swimwear bottoms, the hygiene sticker must remain intact and untampered
Important Notes
4am wear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
If a returned item is deemed ineligible, it may be sent back to the customer, and any applicable shipping or handling costs may be charged.
If any item expected in a return parcel is missing, 4am wear reserves the right to recover the outstanding amount and, where necessary, engage a third-party service to assist with the recovery of funds.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our team as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 4amwearshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at 4amwearshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
